Register to Vote NOW REGISTER TO VOTE through the Federal Election Commission. For more information, visit the National Mail Voter Registration Form. In 1941, John D. Rockefeller, Jr., said, “I believe that every right implies a responsibility.” Sandra West says, “Voting is our right. Voting is our responsibility.” Vote. Go to your poll on Tuesday, November 2, 2004, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and vote for feminists!
