NOW Joins Leading Women's Organizations to Release Election Poll; The Women's Vote in 2004: Priorities, "Values" and the Gender Gap

On Nov. 9, NOW President Kim Gandy will join other women's rights leaders and pollster Celinda Lake to release an independent omnibus election poll. The results from this poll will cast new light on the priorities and values that drove women voters in the 2004 election.

"This poll reveals the top motivating issues for women on Nov. 2, and the reach of the gender gap," said Gandy. "We plan to set the record straight about the 'moral values' factor and its impact on the women's vote."
