NOW President Patricia Ireland Unmasks George W. Bush at Halloween Protest

October 26, 2000

"The spookiest thing this Halloween is the prospect of another Bush in the White House," said National Organization for Women (NOW) President Patricia Ireland.  "When the rest of the country is putting on their costumes, NOW will unmask George W. Bush to reveal the true threat he would pose to the country if elected president."

Ireland and local activists will protest outside the Bush-Cheney 2000 campaign office in Washington, D.C., at noon on Halloween.
