Women's Groups to Announce Endorsement of Presidential Candidate for 2004 Race August 25, 2003 Because women's issues will play a prominent role in the 2004 presidential election, two of the top women's groups in the nation will announce their candidate endorsement on Women's Equality Day, August 26. The National Organization for Women PAC and the National Women's Political Caucus are encouraging their members, and all women's rights supporters, to work to elect a presidential candidate with a demonstrated commitment to women's issues.
