FEMINIST LEADERS, HARASSMENT PLAINTIFFS KICK OFF NOW NATIONAL CONFERENCE IN MEMPHIS

WHO:

NOW President Patricia Ireland, 40 regional leaders of the nation's largest feminist group and plaintiffs in major sexual harassment suits.

WHAT:

Will hold a news briefing as part of a regular NOW National Board of Directors meeting, which occurs one day prior to the annual National NOW Conference, July 4-6.

WHY:

To provide a brief overview of the major issues feminists are addressing and why.
