Station wagons, accessible taxis for persons with disabilities, and credit card taxis are available upon request at Logan Airport. See a Massport Ground Transportation agent, located outside of each terminal on the arrival level, for further assistance.
All taxicab drivers are required to accept any passenger who has a disability, including their service animal. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available upon request at no additional charge. Call the Hackney Division of the Boston Police Department at 617-343-4475 for accessible taxi service.
To get to the hotel you can also use the subway system run by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA or locally referred to as the "T"). The nearest stop to the hotel is Arlington Station, located on the Green Line.
To get there, when you exit the terminal look for the free airport shuttle that will take you to the T stop called Airport Station. Take the Blue Line Inbound, and transfer at Government Center Station, which will be in four stops. At Government Center Station, transfer to the Green Line West. Arlington Station is two stops away. From the West
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Rte. 90 East) into the city. Exit at Copley Square (22) and follow straight onto Stuart St. Follow to the 5th set of lights and turn left for the hotel.
From the North
Take Rte. I-93 South into the city. Take the Storrow Drive exit (26) off of I-93. Follow Storrow Drive and exit left at the Back Bay/Copley Exit. At lights, take left onto Beacon St, and then take an immediate right onto Arlington St. The hotel is the 2nd building on the left after the park.
From the South
Follow I-93 North towards Boston. Take the Storrow Drive Exit (26) off of I-93. Follow Storrow Drive and exit left at the Back Bay/Copley Exit. At lights, take left onto Beacon St., and then take an immediate right onto Arlington St. The hotel is the 2nd building on the left after the park.
From Logan Airport
Follow signs to Sumner Tunnel/Boston. Take the ramp onto RT-1A S/William F McClellan Hwy. Merge north onto Interstate 93 and take the Storrow Drive Exit (26). Follow Storrow Drive and exit left at Back Bay/Copley Exit. At lights, take left onto Beacon St, and then take an immediate right onto Arlington St. The hotel is the 2nd building on the left after the park.

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority has information about parking that is available at T stops and commuter rail stations.
Overnight parking is run by private companies. There are different companies at different train stations, so please check with the company or the lot attendant to see if you can pay in advance for a 2-4 day or if you need to return to the lot and pay everyday.
The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers is located in the heart of Boston's historic Back Bay and is just steps from some of the city's most popular Boston attractions. Love to shop? For the historian in you, the Freedom Trail will lead you through Boston's historical sites, stopping at Paul Revere's House, Old North Church, Old South Meeting House and many more. The Aquarium, Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Science are also all nearby. Duck Tours can be arranged through the hotel and some of New England's most scenic beaches are only a short drive away.
