  • Exhibitor Tax Information for the Commonwealth of Virginia

     All exhibitors that are selling merchandise at the 2003 NOW Conference must register with the Virginia Department of Taxation. You may register online at the Virginia Department of Taxation web site. Click on "Businesses" and then "Register a New Business Online."

    NOW will provide form ST-9 (Retail Sales and Use Tax Return) and ST-9A (Worksheet and Instructions for Form ST-9) at the conference, but these forms are also available for download on the Virginia Department of Taxation site.
