Athlete in race

She's racing the biggest race of our lives.

As a small child in India she contracted polio, leaving her leg withered and useless.  But she was not one to let a disability limit her possibilities.  So she trained her arms to do the job her legs should have.  Today, she's 13 and racing at the top of her class.  Her special brand of heroism exemplifies not far women have come (and that's a long way), but how far they can go. And in her case, how fast they can get there.
