The Conference Program Book will list the addresses of all exhibitors who register by May 28, 1999. Each exhibitor will be provided with a draped table and 2 chairs. All decorations, drapes, curtains, or other materials provided by exhibitor must have a flameproof certificate. The certificate must be available upon request prior to the Conference.
To apply for space at the 1999 National NOW Conference, send completed registration form, signed Exhibitor's Agreement and your check for the full amount made payable to NOW. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A 10% fee will be charged for cancellations made before May 28, 1999. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made between May 29 and June 28, 1999. No refunds will be made on or after June 29, 1999. Each exhibitor will receive two passes to the Exhibit Area. Passes will be honored in the Exhibit Area and for Conference Entertainment. If you wish to participate in any other activities, you will need to register for the Conference separately.
The Conference headquarters hotel is the Beverly Hilton Hotel. A special hotel room rate is available if you indicate that you are associated with the NOW Conference when you make your reservation. The reservations number is (800) HILTONS. Exhibitors may ship merchandise to the hotel no sooner than June 29, 1999. All packages must be labeled: NOW Conference - 7/2 to 7/4. The Hilton Hotel will charge exhibitors a $4.00 per box deliver fee.
For a $44 fee, NOW will provide display table space for your informational/educational materials during the Conference. The information displayed is stocked and maintained by NOW; sales are not allowed. Two stacks of your materials (standard or legal sized) may be displayed. Materials must be mailed/shipped for receipt in one package or box no sooner than June 29, 1999, and no later than July 1, 1999. Do not mail to the Washington D.C. NOW address. Please contact the Conference Manager at the number below for the correct mailing address. NOW is not responsible for the return of undistributed materials after the Conference.
