SCHOOL INTEGRATION DECISION PREDICTABLE FOR RIGHT-LEANING SUPREME COURT
The U.S. Supreme Court split 5-4 in two cases regarding the use of racial classifications to prevent segregation of public schools in Louisville, Kentucky and Seattle, Washington.
