BELOW THE BELT: SECOND IN LINE

In her biweekly Below the Belt column, Kim Gandy writes: "Where will you be at 12 noon on January 4th? I'll be on Capitol Hill, watching Nancy Pelosi being sworn in as Speaker of the House and second in line, after the vice president, for the presidency of the United States.... But while we have many reasons to raise our glasses to the new Congressional leadership, there are still about 267 reasons to curb our enthusiasm."
