    "STARVING THE GOVERNMENT" ONE WOMAN AND FAMILY AT A TIME

    The House of Representatives will be bringing legislation to the floor that will set up a "sunset commission" to review federal agencies and programs for the purposes of "overhaul, consolidation or elimination." Federal departments, agencies and programs will have to plead for their existence. Read more.


    NOW BOARD, ACTIVISTS JOIN WALK FOR WOMEN'S CANCER RESEARCH

    NOW at Walk for Women's LivesOn Sunday, April 23, the NOW National Board and Action Center staff and officers joined the Feminist Majority Foundation in the First National Walk for Women's Lives to support research on ovarian and uterine cancer. Read more.
