Among those leading the March for Women's Lives were, from left: Lorraine Cole (Black Women's Health Imperative), Dolores Huerta (United Farm Workers of America), Kim Gandy (NOW), Anthony Romero (ACLU), Eleanor Smeal (Feminist Majority), Kate Michelman (NARAL Pro Choice America), Gloria Feldt (Planned Parenthood), and former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright.

A vast crowd estimated at more than 1.1 million joined the March for Women's Lives in Washington, D.C., on Sunday to demonstrate widespread, unwavering support for reproductive rights and women's access to health care.
"This has been the largest march for reproductive rights, the largest march for women's rights and the largest march of any kind in this country," said NOW President Kim Gandy.
