SUPREME COURT: 'WANTED' POSTERS ARE UNLAWFUL THREATS OF VIOLENCE

"Wanted" posters bearing photos of abortion doctors are not free speech—they are unlawful threats of violence for which the American Coalition of Life Activists (ACLA) must pay damages under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
