to discrimination, harassment and retaliation in the U.S.
Postal Service.
I am urging the U.S. Postal Service to:

Provide a workplace free of discrimination based on sex, race, sexual orientation,
age, marital or family status, pregnancy, parenthood, disability or size.

Rigorously enforce their zero tolerance policy for sexual or racial harassment.

Educate all employees, including management, about their anti-harassment
and anti-discrimination policies.

Ensure that any allegations of sexual or racial harassment, sexual assault,
or other forms of discrimination are promptly and thoroughly investigated.

Protect employees who file complaints from retaliation.
