Harrassment by CDC administrators at California State Prison, Solano.

Harrassment.....I'll talk about one occassion, but harrassed on the same occassion numerous times because of this one encounter.  I've been in the Department for a short but reasonable amout of time.  Don't get me wrong when I tell you that this isn't a bad job, it's just the supervisors and administration that are crooked and unjust.  CDC has a lot of disgruntled employees.  My harrassment started over a medical condition that I have on my face thats called hair.  Well, We can grow a beard if we have proper medical verification  stateing specifically why.  I did get that verification when I was aware that I needed a Medical Chrono.  I was harrassed, and threatned by 3 Lieutenants, and 5 Sergeants.  This is still ongoing and my Union will not help, other supervisors won't help and the Equal Employee Opportunity Program has some of the supervisors that I am troubled with as there counselors.  I am not the only one having these problems. Other CO's are scared to speak out and back me up due to the high retalliation rate that goes on at Solano.  My medical condition does not in anyway affect my job performance, but in Solano's eyes it does.  Solano State Prison doesn't only control inmates but they control co's as well.
