Athletic Aide (SAISD) Campus Lakeview

I feel that I am not being treated equal on my job because of my color being black.  I just would like to be treated equal instead of feeling like I am just there just to be there which it should be the other way around because I do my job like I am suppose too and I keep a little notebook of what I do each day and everyday!
