Bama Companies



I been working for Bama since March,1994, during all this
time I been applaying for any position is open on first shift
three of a least 12 times they was right to do not give me the position but the rest is been just excuses and more excuses wich do not convense. I pretty much sure what they are doing is been descriminated becouse I'm Hispanic. I will tell you the last two times I sumit those application they told me I wasn't get the job becouse the other two persons who get it was over qualify then me, when those people are been working for bama no more then two years and they was working in the same area, the last time I apply for a Q.A position even before I star my interview the Human Resourse person star talking about I was in light durty, I explain to her my light durty was just temporary, the case is they give the job to somebody who been working for Bama no more de 35 days when they told me they can not broke the Bama rules. Please give an advise what I can do about it. I feel I been descriminated
Also the Human Resourse told me I was traying to make a big jump from production to Q.A when other co-workers stared in production same like me and when a Q.A position was posted they get it. Sincerely Ernestina Ortiz
