court house male employees sexually exploit some women of color

I work for a cafteria ran by legally blind persons for the State of Illinois
The staff is small. My concern is there is a female employee who allows other 
(older & other) male employees to talk to her in any manner
they chose.  One day when she was off work the older man told the cook to slap my
a_ _ just like he did Darlene.  "We need to get some fire in her a_ _ to make her
get her a_ _ out there and clean those tables".  I told the cook if he wants his jobs
he better stop the cussing at me because I was not the other lady.  Is there a better
way to handle these men at the court house.  Their behavior is inappropriate and degrading.
What and how shall I confront the female who allow these men to talk to her any way 
they feel.  As a woman of color I am embrassed for other women becuase of her ignornace
and lack of knowledge for self or others.  She always goofs off with them and they are
always laughing at her and not with her, but she does not get the joke.
