I have been continuiosly harrased by my sales manager, there is no consistancy in in his policy. This is not a sexual harrasment. I have been threatened on several occassions in the past 2 years as my services no longer being needed at this company. It has been discussed with other employees that are willing to provide me in writing, that my superior stated " I am going to do anything I can to get her out of here". What can I do, If anything at all. I have already advised the president of the company. He has intercepted on all accassions to protect my position, but the harrassment continues. What can i do???
