Appalachian Broadcasting

I work for a small town radio station. The owner is female but leaves everything up to the male station manager. I work with mostly males. They have caledar pin up in their offices, tell dirty jokes and I try to avoid them as much as possible. I have been off work for my surgery and a friend of mine is filling in for me. she called me in tears saying that one of the guys made a sexual remark to her and later another guy used such fowl language in front of her. I reaaly don't know what to do about it. I too have experienced the fowl language and asked him to stop it. Do I even have to ask him to stop it. I should push a button and put him on the air and he would be fired and the station fined. What do you suggest? I don't want to lose my job or even cause him any problems but I am tried of it.
