I am having a problem. I am pregnant and ever since I told
my employeer that I was, she has written me up, given me a
bad report, treated me unfair, upped my hours after my
doctor had given me a letter to change my hours in my
schedule(not to cut down the amount, just change how many in
a day or a break in between the days), and has verbally made
me feel like I am not worth being there even though I am
still high up in the department that I am in, I am praised
by other employee for helping them, and in charge when the
superviser is not there. If I am such a bad employee, why
is it that I am still in charge of people, and given
reponseabilities that I had when I wasn't. Its not like
someone else couldn't do the job, but apparently I am the
best choice in the matter. They also keep asking me weither or not I really feel up to being there anymore. I
enjoy my job and I want to work through my pregnacy as long
as I can. I want to know what I can do to stop the
descrimination that I am experianceing and to stop it
from happening to anyone else who comes in to the same
situations that I have experienced. I am 7 months and I
want something done before it is too late. Thank you
