SORRY! ITS JUST THE WAY IT IS.

Well to begin I'm glad but very sorry to see there are other
women out there in the same place I am and that I am  not
alone.  I currently work at a place that women are considered 2nd class citizens and we are constantly
put down, insulted, joked about and laughed at in our faces.  The thing is, I'm the only one that ever gets mad
about it and when I do I'm told by even the other women
that are to afraid of saying anything that "Sorry, its just the
way it is".  For example, (this kind of stuff happens on a daily basis so I could go on and on) One day a man I work 
with came into my office and asked me my opinion about
something work related well when I told him that I really did
not agree with him that I felt differently, he told me to "screw you and you can go to hell", he then walked out the door.  When I approached my boss about this (a women by the way) absolutely nothing was done.  So I approached her boss (another women) and there was still nothing done.  In fact I was told in the meeting with both the women that it must be my hormones.  One more, Me and my husband are thinking of starting a family, when I mentioned it at work the other day, one of the men said that "I should not worry about losing any weight before I
get pregnant so that I won't look pregnant when I really am.  I'm still fighting at this job, but it seems useless when 
I'm the only one fighting.  Can't someone do something?
