Republican Fundraising Company step on Women

I use to work for a Republican Telefundraising company called Strategic Telecommunications. I was fired after reporting Sexual harassment against my boss. He called me in his office one day and started talking about how big my breast are and that he wished his girlfriend had "big tits" like me. I told him I was uncomfortable and he threatened my job. The site manager was out of the office that day so I had to wait until the following day to go to his boss. She then also threatened my job by putting enreachable standards on me for the next couple of days, which I was off on 1 of those 2 days. The day I returned to work I was fired. The man in question stood over my shoulder the entire day while the site manager just watched and smiled. I felt so belittled. When I was called in her office she fired me then walked me out the door where none of the other employees could see to know what had happened until the end of the day. Since then I have filed legal action which is about to goto court in March. They have done everything in their power to cover it up and my attorney as documents that show this. I was not the first nor the last that this has happened to but I am one of the few who have taken legal action against the company. The company is very intimidating towards anyone who sues and threatens the jobs of those who talk to them. One girls before me was told by another male employee to suck his penis. She reported it an was also fired soon after. Women are stepped on at this company and yet the Republicans still use them for fundraising. This happened in the state of Texas and is filed in the federal courts here, yet Gov. G.W. Bush still used them for his run for the presidency. Several current employees informed me of their work for him. It makes me sick when companies abuse women as they do. When I went to work for this company I never thought something like this would happen at a Republican telefundraising company and that the Republicans would stand for it. Now they are trying to belittle my case and since the comment only happened once and I was fired almost immediatly it has made it harder to fight sexual harassment. We are first having to fight wrongful termination then hope the judge allows in the sexual harassment.I thought I was doing the right thing by reporting the situation right away but now know I should have let it occur over a long period of time for it to be called Sexual Harassment under the current laws current laws. This is sickening. I am a single mother and was working to be able to support my children off the welfare system which is what the Republicans are supposed to be about and what this company claimed to support. How can the Republicans fight against welfare and allow this behavior towards women. I am not a single mother by choice but out of necessity. I was in an abusive relationship and my ex was an alcoholic so I had to leave for the sake of my children. When I was fired I felt as if I was punished for trying to do good by my children and for not wanting to put up with my boss' comments.
