Constuction harrassment

I am a Steamfitter. I belong to United Association of Plumbers & Steamfitters Union. I've been doing this for 10+ 
yrs. I served a 5 yr apprenticeship. Well its a good old boys club on these jobs. One of my fellow union members who just happens to be my boyfriends twin brother has continually bad mouthed me and made my life miserable on the job. I never work for the same contractor. He has called me worthless, loser, ETC. I went to our BA in Dec of last year and told him I had had enough. He talked to this man and told him to knock it off. Ever since this Meeting last yr he has continually bad mouthed me but he's been sneaky about it. I can feel the tension on the job every time he 's on the same job,even if I'm working for a different contractor. I want to nail him but not sure if I have enough evidence.  I have a few friends on these jobs
who want to nail him too. HE's  power hungry.  HELP!!!!!!
