Siemens Discrimination in pay

Siemens, continued:
Siemens is now trying to make it look like they do not discriminate, and is selectively promoting females, and finally blacks.  The grade level and Pay scale is still below comparable males holding the same job, however, and the company has started to retailate against some of the females that first filed.   EEOC has started taking the issue of retailation to court, but as always, the system is slow.  In the meantime, I am still interested in hearing from other Siemens locations...is this an isolated facility issue, or does it occur in other Siemens plants?
