It's the day to day discrimination and not the sexual harrassment that gets to me. The guys that treat me like I'm not as bright as the male supervisors, or let me know that they think I ought to be home blowing my husband not working, especially not working in a "man's" industry. Most men are descent enough , but the one's that are pigs undo a lot of good by others. My IQ is in the extremely bright level but after a day with some of these dogs I have to really work to maintain my confidence. It bums me most when it comes out the mouth of a young pig. DAMN this is our future? Ladies all we can do is stick together, accept the men that are not pigs, and NOT tolerate the behavior of those that are. We need to remind them that we account for at least half the population and if that doesnt do it just be smug when you remember the pigs have to sleep sometime and maybe there will be bacon in the frying pan tomorrow.
