harrassment at work

Granted, this is not a story on sexual harrassment.  If  I wasn't a woman though, it definately wouldn't have happened.
I've been bartending at a popular sports bar in Cleveland for six years.  Management consists of all men that are around the age of 22.  I have two guys that come in every night causing problems.  I have now decided to cut them off and bar them because they have started getting hostile and calling me a "bitch".  Management does not back me on this decision.  They say talking to me is like talking to their girlfriend and I'm taking it to personally.  This has come to the point where I have to decide if I should keep a good job that is helping me get through school and put up with this or move on and hope for the best.
