I am a single mother. My ethnic background is hispanic and my religion Jewish. Most recently I am part of the Class Action Case that stems fro the Northridge Earthquake. I have had to relocate due to damages NOT
originally assessed at the time of the Earthquake. I write NOW today to alert females to the following...I believe and have heard that cases that
Allstate wishes to push under the rug, so to speak are identified as YELLOW FILES or DOLPH files..Miniorities,single women,
any femaleor any person but most female who is perceived to be weak, and without finances is considered to be candidates for simply dragging issues on ....because Eventually they will just be happy to settle.
Please be aware of any purposeful stalling tactics in settling your claims...I belive that I and my family have had their Civil Rights Violated...
