I have been harassed and belittled by my supervisor. I have had him slander my name in regards to a false actusation made that I was under investagation for harassment of a Black Female employee and told to one of my peers. I was screamed at by my supervisor in front of all my peers "that when demanded to do a job by your supervisor you will do it", screamed at me. Then I left my emoployment and havent been back for 6months. I have been refused to returned to work from the return to work coordinator, because she feels that im a liability, well the supervisor that belittled me slandered my name at california medical facility, has been terminated because he assaulted and battered my fellow co-worker by pulling her hair in a fit of anger. We are now looking for proper representation for a class action civil law suit. please send any information regarding to work place violence, and any cases relating to this subject. Thank you.
