assult

i am currently a student at sayville high school.  About 3 months ago i was assulted by a former friend.  He would not stop.  He was very persistant at getting what he wanted.  He tried to do things that were of no interst to me.  I later found out that I was not the first nor the kast.  He did this to 3 other girls.  Is this a habit I thought, no its sick.  As of right now me and one of the other girls are filing a lawsuit against him.  Theres only one problem.  He is still trying to get back into our school.  School is supposed to be a safe environment.  By allowing him in school this violates the rights of all the students.  I feel that there is no justice being served.  As of right no he basically got away with it.  With the help of others we can make him pay.
