I would very much like to know if anyone knows of any other lawsuits that have been previously filed against Citibank and/or Aetna for the denial of disability benefits and wrongful termination/discrimination. I worked for Citibank as a customer service rep/billing dispute specialist in Las Vegas for 3 years. I was diagnosed with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and the doctor said it was work related. It took 2 years before I was permitted my surgery and this resulted in a permanent nerve impairment and muscle deterioration. In the mean time, they fired me and I lost all my benefits, my credit, my house, my marriage ended in divorce, and for a period of time had to go on welfare. I am STILL fighting these people and it's been 4and a half years. It would make the lawyers job a little easier if I could locate some other similiar cases. Does anyone know of any? It has been very difficult to find these, as most are settled out of court and I have been unable to figure out how to get information on those. Any information you may have would be helpful.. Thanks, Jeanette in Las Vegas
