Moral at the factory is at an all time low! Owner closes eyes to the rampant sexual harrassment of it female employees. Good people like me who say no to the advances are labeled trouble makers or have attitude problems. It doesn't matter if your capable or not there. The one's who sleep with Mgr. gets the promotions! Had to believe the owner is a women. Four sexual harrassment suits are already to go.
