I was fired because I was harassed

After three months of being sexualy harassed and threatened with a knife by a man who thinks he is the "anti-christ", and finally having my tires slashed, I was fired. Management said that it was because I could not work/get along with the other employees. There were three men involved in the harassment and I had to leave one shift because of it, resulting in lost wages, which as a single mother I really needed.
Management pre-judged all of the situations that led up to my tire being slashed, and told me that they didn't think that I had anything to worry about. Nothing happened to the employees that had been harassing me, in fact they still have their jobs. Some one is liable to get seriously injured at that company because of the lack of management and their un-willingness to properly (if at all) handle the harassment that so many must endure. A big part of the problem is that they tell everybody that works there about what is going on when complaints are made, therefore the people harassing others know that they can get away with it, both at work and off the job.
While working there, I endured clique-ish situations, an attack by one employee who fired rubber bands at my face, and one employee brandished a knife in my face! Not to mention the humiliation of the sexual harassment. I have to live in my town in fear that employees and possibly management of that company are going to attempt to retaliate against me again, just for speaking out against the poor working conditions of that company.
Please e-mail if you have any words of encouragement, or any ideas on what directions I can take to resolve this matter. The address given belongs to my sister who will foward any correspondance to me.
