discrimination and harassment at work

Iwork for a large co.in new hampshire.It's an all male atmasphere which to begin 
with was rough.AT this time I had worked for the copany 7yrs.I applied for a job 
as a machinist after going to school for the job and I enjoyed it very much.About 3yrs. into 
the job a new boss took over and 1yr.later the trouble started sexual harassment began 
I avoided the boss as much as possible and the leadhand because they were both very rude 
and suggestive. Finally I had enough and turned them in to personal.Then they started 
threating me it took about a yr. of investagating before any thiung was done but both 
were terminated from the company.

Shortly after that I found myself put into the middle every time they wanted to get 
rid of someone an it made it very uncomfortable working with the boys because the company 
made me look like the bad guy here for standing up for myself.This went on for about 3yrs.
with aguy harassing me constantly no matter where I worked even out of his sight but he went 
out of his way to harass me so I finaly had enought and turned him in.Shortly after that 
trouble for me began. I went out on medical leave and he turned 
me in for something I didn't do and an investagation started on me I was finialy told to 
do my job not to worry the problem was solved.

then 1yr. went by and I was giving a test to prove I could to the job.I'm the 
only one who ever after 10yrs. on the job or ever who had to do this and was told if I didn't 
finish on time I would looose my job.This put alot of pressure on me and I went 
into the plant managers office and explained what was happeningto me he told me 
he would get to the source and get back to me. In the meantime I did the 
job ran into a few problems explained it to the boss he told me not to worry it would be 
alright and I finaly finished the job got it into inspection it passed with nothing 
wrong on the job so I felt I proved myself but to my surprise my boss started to 
yell and told me it took to long to finish and I would have to work in another department. 
I went home that day and called the state for help . they told me I had to go through 
the channels at work first before they could help me so I did. All that got 
acomplished was that a new boss took over we got a new plant manager and I explained what 
happened to me and she told me to go work in the other plant and i told her no because 
I love my job where i;m    at. She told me she would get back to me which she never 
did still waiting. But I still have my job but it's constantly in jeopardy.
But no matter what rights we have the company is constantly changing the rules and in 
no way helping the people they seem like you either do as i say or theres the door even 
though we no they are in the wrong' PLEASE HELP . What can we do or what rights do 
we have. Right now we feel like we have no rights at all the managment just yeses us 
to death thats all. what can we do to get this straitin out
