"A Sad Day"
It's a sad day when a married man with a previous history of sexual harassment
can do it again, and get away with it. Yes, not once, but twice.
Sexual harassment is the easiest crime in the world to commit and get away with,
at least at my company. Just make sure no one else sees or hears you, and for
God's sake, don't own up to it, and you're home free.
My supervisor had a careful plan. First he instilled fear in me of losing my job
if I did anything but go along with the program. Second, he waged a real sad
story about his personal life, complete with tears, desperately seeking my sympathy.
I started to get the picture when his sadness and loneliness was quickly replaced with
his desire for a sexual relationship with a woman other than his wife. This was
obvious when he stated "he longed to eat a good clean pu _ _ y"...nice, huh.
But the picture became all too clear the day he told me he "would love nothing better
than to see me nude, to taste me, and f _ _ _ me really hard". Oh yes, he
apologized for saying this, but he did not change his behavior. Next, he asked for a
hug and again apologized, but still did not change his behavior. He then
repeatedly requested I stop by and visit him in his office which I did not do.
Then his behavior changed...to aggression and verbal attacks. Finally, I couldn't take it
anymore, so I decided to confront him and one thing led to the next and an
investigation was under way.
My company went through all the motions of conducting an investigation only
to come back and say that since no one other than he and I were present in the room,
it could not be proven, so it's back to work like normal. But let me tell you, my life is any
thing but normal as a result of this. Though this pervert is no longer my supervisor,
nothing else has changed. We are both doing the same job in the same place...like nothing
ever happened and it is really painful for me.
As fate would have it, the victim(s) of this perverts last reported sexual harassment
incident are no longer a part of this group, so I can't inquire about the outcome, but
I believe it's obvious...he's still here and the victim(s) are not...funny how that happens.
Congratulations Mr. Sexual Harasser, you got away with it AGAIN!
