discrimination and harassment

I work for a large company in New hampshire.IT started  about six years ago when 
i received a promotion at work to be a machinist at the co. It was an all male 
atmosphere which was hard at first because they felt it was a mans work place only.
But as time went on I just did my job to the best of my ability at the time with 
very little help. As time went on my boss and leadhand started to sexualy harass 
me all the time finialy i had enough and other women in different departments truned 
them in after about six months they were fired from the co.
This is were a lot more of my trouble began. I was labled a trouble maker because both 
these people worked for the co. 25yrs. I was supposed to get training on the job and 
work with toolmakers to be able to go from a 1tpye machinist to all around machinist 
to tool maker. I received little help and every guy they hiried after me got to work 
with toolmakers and get the training I was supposed to get .One of these guys came 
into the work place 2yrs. after me and is already an all around and can't do the jobs 
I can. thats part of the problem. about 5yrs.Ago I turned in a person for harassment 
because no matter how far away I worked away from him he would go out of his way to 
harass me. Shorty after that I went out of work on medical leave and this person told 
lies and they did an investagation on me and if it wern't for a few friends i had i 
wouldn't have known. When I returned to work they called me in the office and told me 
what had happened with the investagation and i explained what realy happened.They told 
me not to worry just do my job and things would be alright.At this time i had been 
working in the tool room for 8yrs.training myself to do the jobs i was slow but the 
jobs went through inspection.Then the boss i had at this time called me in the office 
started yelling at me about the investagation and wouldn't let me explain any of the 
things that were lies he just wouldn't lisen to what i had to say.A women from personel 
was in ther taking notes. He told me ihad to make a set of roll dies in the required 
amount of time and through inspection. or i would have to go back to the area i worked 
before for less money now he was telling me after 8yrs. i wasn't able to do the job. 
I was very upset because as long as the company has been ther no one has ever been tested. 
I was the first. So this put alot of pressure on me at that time. I went into the plant 
managers office and explained what was going onand he told me he would talk to my boss 
and find out what was going on. In the mean time i started the job i was required to 
do to keep my job.Shortly after they brought in another plant manager and i went in 
to see her to explain what was going on and she told me she would get back to me. 
I'm still waiting it's been 5yrs. now. I got the job done and through inspection 
but it took me longer then it was supposed to take. The boss called me in the office 
and told me it wasn't excetable that he didn't know what was going to happen next. 
That he would have to write in my folder that i ran the job over the required amount 
of time.In the mean time I had called the state to find out how to handle this problem 
and they told me I had to go through the plant manager and so on through the channels 
before i could get any help.That i had to give them a chance to fix the problem.
Like i said I went to the plant manager i'm still waiting for her to talk to me 5yrs. 
now even some of the guys on first shift talked to her every day to talk to me because 
it wasn't fare what had happened to me and she said she would but not once has she 
talked to me. I feel that they feel the solved the problem because i still have my 
job a new boss and i feel they figure they fixed the problem. I feel that they feel 
this is the end that it's o.k. But i don't feel they solved the problem because 
i'm still not receiving the training i should get. and know they are changing the 
rules on upgrades because they have many unhappy people on upgrades .Know they are 
making everyone that hasn'treceived an upgrade that all the jobs we have done don't 
count we have to start over from day one. I feel thats not fare 10yrs. i've worked 
hard on my own now it don't count when is enough enough. Please help and advise me 
on what to do I love my job I just wan't an oppitunity like everyone else. thank you
