I have been a dedicated quality control professional for over twenty-one years.
Recently I was dismissed from my job responsibilities as Quality Control Manager
of a Steel Fabrication facility due to "downsizing" two hours after I was instructed to sign
the "arbitration" agreement disallowing me to plea to a court of law. I feel this is a
travesty. I will be fine in my job search endeavors. Many Quality Control Professionals
are aware of the message this company is giving. I am very fortunate in this
aspect. However, I am very hurt and angry that I have subjected myself to this type of
discrimination. The successor of my position is not near as qualified nor as experienced.
