Breaking the code of silence



I am also involved in a SH case, after five years of telling the world, having my manager
unassigned. The company then allowed him to sit next to me, starting the whole thing over
again. I am confused as to what women think, in numbers there is power 70%
of the workforce women are
sexually harrassed. But, no one will band together to say I heard him say that or
I saw how depress she was. They say nothing, blind folding their eyes. Somewhow they
must remember unless they come forward and speak up to these companies this will go on and on.

This SH is now acceptable, yes it is acceptable to be abused or mentally raped another
employee at work. You don't have to go to central park...Just go into our large corporations.
One problem is that we have women coming forward with stories that aren't really sexually
harrassment but, motivated by fame. It really hurts the average corporate women trying to
have corporate management to accept the complaint with a serious attitude. To enage in a
sexual harrassment suit, and be told your doing okay after leaving the company, and you
shouldn't be entitled to anything unless you are dead or hospitalized. These corporation
believe why should we pay punitive damages. Lawyers and judges should understood that
punitve means "imposing or aiming....aiming to impose punishment....or damage... MMI
testing can't tell a personality,its like following your horoscope .People close to you that
suffered all your mood changes, and felt all your inner wounds and emotional internal cries
for help and provide a indepeth statement, they so you pull yourself up and wash off the
dirty having those up and down days. SH will never
stop, because company have a policy...vague, not explaining or outline the full procedure.
It 's usually a policy that is guessed as they go through the procedure.
Personnel or EEO are not adquately trained to investigate or mediate the situation, some has
to leave and it is usually the person who has been harrass. Also most cases are my
word against yours, all the writing and documentation won't help, its a game that come with
it's own set of rules that someone makes up at the time you provide your complaint.
In most cases they don't write anything and the day that they go through a lawsuit. They
attempt to assasssinate your character, women and men of corporate loyality. Not understanding
that the corporation hopes to impove the conditions in someway. These corporate whores have
done every unmorale thing to stay on top, oneday realizing what will fly high will fly low.
None of them in these powerful positions understand. God knows the truth, and if they can
look themselves in the mirror knowing they are no better then a criminal or gangster then I
feel sorry for them.
I feel sorry for their daughters...their daughters ...daughters there sons their wifes and
their mothers. To break the code of silence is hard for the person that is being SH...everyday
its's a cope will this happen to be again and what would I do. Unfortunately the laws
are not going to help the average women. When the courts and the judges take this
serious and a message is clearly sent then the problem will go to the background.
Until alot of women are hospitalized or just die
of stress, the cries of silence will be heard. For all of us who has felt the injustice of
the system by SH...remember "vengence is mine sayeth the lord". He knows the truth.
However, we writing this and we understand ....where does it go...????Because
everyone who reads this section is a victim...hoping and dream the right people will take
necessary action and read this web site....Apparently CEO's aren't getting the message,
companies SH policy is lip service and nothing
will happen until everyone who actually can prove that SH took place hits the pockets
of big companies. Then the companies /corporation will say : This is enough.
