Unfriendly workplace in Japan

I have been working for a Japanese company. This is one of
the big company group which became infamous with the
harrassement case last year.
I worked in Tokyo for 10 years, and have been in NY area
since 1994. Recently I read a record of board meeting in
Tokyo. According to this, the President of the company
mentioned that "we do not need to stick to the idea of
hiring male workers for factory operation. For the jobs that
even women can do, we should hire women". There was no
written record in what meaning he said "even women can do",
from the context, I could imagine that he mentioned this in
relation to reduce operation cost at the factories. It was
not explicit, but he meant "we should hire women who incur
less labor cost for the jobs which "even women can do", so
that we may reduce operating cost.
I found the connocation was descriminative and insulting
to any women.
If this happened in US, and if I bring this to US court, I'm
sure his descriminative conduct will be exposed to fair
justice system in US. However, the problem is he spoke this
in Japan.
Japanese labor law prohibits companies from paying less
salary due to gender. However, being in US, I don't know how
to bring this descriminative President to the investigation
by fair justice.
Does anyone has any link or connection with the feminism
organization in Japan so that we may bring this matter to
the activists there? Your information will be highly
appreciated.
