Your Senator May Hold the Key to the Supreme Court!

Just a few Senators hold the key to stopping the right wing takeover of the federal court system — and ultimately the Supreme Court.

Check the list below to see if your state has a senator who is still undecided on the use of the dangerous "nuclear option." If you live in one of these states, please call your senator(s) immediately and urge them to stand up for our courts by supporting the filibuster. We recommend calling one of their local district offices below.

Finally, please send a follow-up email to your senator after calling. You can also send an email to your senators even if you don't live in one of these targeted states, asking them to reject the "nuclear option" and support the filibuster.
