The winner of our Equal Pay Cartoon Caption Contest is ... Michelle Fizer of Nashville, Tennessee. The winning caption "Mom, all that sounds cool and everything but when do I get to see the glass ceiling?" sheds a humorous light on our struggle for workplace equality.

NOW is working to close the loopholes in the Equal Pay Act by helping to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act and we need your support to counteract the vitriolic right-wing propaganda being hurled at this straightforward equity bill.

Passage of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act was a great start that restored some lost ground, and now we have the momentum to begin actually moving forward! It would be a shame to lose this unprecedented opportunity to move forward on equal pay for women.
