How do I order an item?
How can I delete an
item?
To delete an item, click on the checkbox under the Remove column.
How can I order
an item in different sizes or colors?
To order the same item in different sizes and/or colors, add it to your
shopping cart again. You can then select different sizes and/or colors for that item.
How does the search
work?
The search program can search for words or substrings (parts of words), or the sku and is not case-sensitive.

What are the shipping/handling
charges?
Is my credit card secure?
NOW uses Web server software that supports the encryption, or scrambling,
of the data so that is cannot be read or changed by others on the Internet.
This Web server software works in conjunction with your Web browser,
which must support secure transactions, and should also indicate to you
that you have reached a secure document. Netscape users should see an unbroken,
darker blue key icon on the status bar, and Internet Explorer users should
see a lock icon on the status bar.
How can I order by phone, fax or mail?
When you complete the order page , check the box next to "I will call 800-507-7007 or fax the order to 301-731-6101 form with payment
information, or mail my order with a check to the address on the form."
. After you press Order, you can print out the form shown on your screen
and send it in with your check or credit card number. You may also call your order
and credit card number to 800-507-7007 or fax or mail it to: National Organization for Women (NOW) Store, Customer Service, 4471 Nicole Drive, Lanham MD 20706. (This is listed on
the order form/receipt page.)
