dear TIME magazine:
feminism lives!
Your cover story on June 29, 1998 declaring the death
of feminism overlooked me. I am a feminist. Until justice and equality
is ours, feminism will never die.
So call off the obituary. Why is it that we mostly read about feminism
when you are declaring it dead? We need less cover stories on new movie
stars and more cover stories on the realities of women's lives.
Consider me a very alive feminist!
